The woman at the reception complained at me for being too quiet and had me practically shout my confidential and embarrassing information to her. The whole reception knew my name, date of birth, address and medical reason. I'm beyond mortified. |

After reading the negative reviews on here, and although its down to individual experience I felt I had to write my own. I have nothing but positives to say, staff all round are brilliant!! Love the smallness & personal touch rather than a huge practice where you never get to see the same doctor... A Family Doctor, should be just that, and I feel this is what we get here. Our Doctor know all our family history and makes it so much nice when they know you rather than seeing a stranger. Thank you so much to to you all :) Paula Reply from King Street Medical Centre Thu, 23 Nov 2017 09:36:50 Z Thank you Paula for your comments, I have passed these to our staff and Dr Bello, it is so nice to get positive feedback from patients. |

Im fairly new to the practice. Reception staff always bob on very lovely indeed. A member of staff takes a bit of getting used to but very good at their job. The doctor is rather abrupt i went with a chest infection they issused antibiotics without even listening to my chest wich ive never known before i was pregnant at the time and needed them so trusted they knew best but was slightly un nerved that they didnt listen to my chest they gave me two lots of meds 1 that was for a dry cough wich i didnt have and the pharmacist did question as to why i was issued it when i had a mucus cough and then the antibiotic. It isnt a bad review as shuch just feel they could be a little more attentive and think a little more. |
