I very disappointed reception.I was trying to get appointment to my daughter, I was 1 and I was waiting to answer phone 25 min and receptionist very not polite was taking with me very not nice and asking me very silly questions. I very disappointed receptionist. But doctors are very good,I can't say nothing bad about doctors, because they very good, very helpful and very polite. | ||||||

Brought my daughter today who suffers with mental health issues and who is only 15yrs old, doctor said there's nothing they can do and if she felt like putting a knife to her throat then to go to a@e . Am absolutely devastated, poor patient care and no experience with mental health issues . Disgusting | ||||||
