I went to pick up a blood form for my sister,the receptionist was very professional kind,well spoken and veey helpful. I think her name was mariam. I wish all receptionist are professional and helpful as she was. |

I told the receptionist that I was suffering from a flu virus and according too a Darwen Doctor this strain of aussie flu was a killer / so thinking that I have been their client for the last 30 years plus would have no problem in them finding me 10 min slot / I was told when phoning the first time too ring back after several attempts for the reception too answer in the first place / she always seems too be annoyed you even phone especially on a Friday / she asked me too phone back at 3.00pm of which again some attempts before getting an answer / she answered the phone and quickly told me nothing her we can do / but you can go too Darwen.. I assume a surgery that needs clients / if I was not suffering with a severs headache / aching legs / hot and cold sweats and just wanting too sit and crawl up in a ball I would have taken her offer on as I need a surgery that reception staff care as much as others with in their trusted position and I can also relay on their support and help and advice and this comes across in conversation. NOT the way I was spoken too by the reception at Primrose bank. I have never in all these years of being their client had ever a concern that my health would come second best too them very disappointed . I will try and find a surgery that puts long term client before their short term contracts. |
