waiting 6 weeks for a telephone call about a simple issue.chased up 3 times and told someone will be in touch,given up now,can i not buy an insurance policy and stop payong NI for the service?still waiting |

Ask my gp - a joke, get an appointment - you'll be lucky, I bet most 5 stars are pre merger as Tower, my parents and others have had health issues and dangerously not managed and they can't get to see anyone asks my mum particularly needs to see gp urgent and she can't. Her BP is erratic and no one will see her, A&E turned her away and said to bardoc and they said go to your GP. I'm very worried about the situation. |

This surgery has become worse after merging as tower family health what is the point of having a village surgery when you now have to get a bus to another surgery as they will not open there doors to the public I had high cholesterol in August 2019 Said they would call me back in 12 months for another check so we are now in March 2022 and still waiting can I just point out not everything is about covid patients have other health issue get the doors open to the public you are after all a service You are not helpful at all staff are rude when you ring but on there answer phone messages it states zero tolerance practice what you preach to patients |
