Asked for my repeat prescription for my diabetes. When I went to the chemists to collect my medication found that I was prescribed ear drops and Amoxicillin. When I went back to the surgery to tell them they had sent the wrong medication all they would say is that the pharmacist read the prescription wrong When I showed the receptionist a copy of the prescription she still insisted that the pharmacist was at fault. |

This surgery clearly states on their website they can provide travel vaccinations. advised to book an apt with a practice nurse (these apt are limited) and that a follow up apt can then be made to receive the injections.
I contacted the surgery today where I was informed that they don't provide any travel vaccinations at all!!
the lady on the phone was helpful. printed off vaccination details and gave me a number for NMGH travel clinic. or so I thought!
instead it was a general number for NMGH.
not happy!! |

At the moment good because I can use the ask my gp website. During covid lockdown last year I couldn't get a doctor, and my experience was a nightmare. The surgery could do with another permanent doctor. The locums, Dr Ali and Dr awaaz were terrific. |
