I have been with the surgery for approx 30 years now, in that time l have only had one instance where l have not been 100 % happy with all aspects of the surgery and staff. I moved home 10 years ago now , l now live in Bardsley which is about 4 miles from the surgery. I have not changed to a local surgery, as l can honestly say that l just couldnt get a better service anywhere else, so l dont mind having to travel the distance between my home and the surgery, the doctors and service are well worth the effort and the trip as far as l am concerned. I shall continue to use these services for as long as is possible to do so, as l said, their efforts towards my health management, are exemplary. |

I find the doctors very friendly and down to earth . They are helpful and explain things without being patronising. I find ringing up for an appointment very frustrating and stressful- I have regularly found that when I have rang after 8 the phones have not been put on and it says that the surgery is closed and that the phone lines open at 8 . You then try again and it is engaged- resulting in you not getting an appointment. If it says the phones come on at 8, then they should come on at 8 . |
