Have a long term chronic medical condition and this surgery is a total disgrace. Had blood tests done and supposed to be sent copies to hospital and to myself never turned up. Then you got to play Russian roulette trying to speak to someone never mind a gp who I suspect are still doing post pandemic telephone calls when they have time. The place is becoming unsafe and been seriously looking for an alternative. However when you read the rest they are just as shocking. |

Used to be an amazing surgery but it has gone absolutely terrible....unsafe, uncaring and generally a poor example of a GP practice.....Ask My GP was great they switch it off before people have a chance to contact them. Phones are never answered. Attitude of one GP in particular is abysmal.. Needs sorting out immediately |

An absolute joke of a surgery, phones busy but when you go round to the surgery nobody is answering, and even then you can’t get an appointment, surgery itself is empty, the latest recruit on the desk is ignorant, ordered a prescription went to pick it up 3 days later from chemist, not there, walked to surgery, they said they forgot.and lo and behold they forgot again. |
