I have spoken to doctor 1 month ago, after several times using ask my Gp I finally got succeeded speak to doctor and say my problem and he said I will make an appointment for you , then I have been waiting till now, finally I decided change my surgery, I have been registered there for 3 years and most of the time I haven’t received useful service |

Some reception staff are consistently unhelpful & patronising. They give their personal opinions on patient care that are not only unwarrented, incorrect and unprofessional but they are also unqualified to give.
There are repeated mistakes made with repeat prescriptions for important medication & no apology has ever been offered despite the mistake being made by the staff at the practice. I have also been informed by one doctor that I had a STD, which I had not previously been made aware of, and which transpired to have been an error on the part of the GP. But I was left waiting 2 mnths to discover that this was in fact NOT the case AT ALL. No idea how this ended up in my notes. Attempting to make a formal complaint regarding these matters has been impossible as there is no complaints procedure. There are no details for the Practice Manager online. The PM apparently cannot give out her name or email address for people to contact her. I was informed after explaining I had an issue with my grip due to my disability & therefore unable to write a letter of complaint, that I should dictate a letter to my 76 yr old mother who has memory issues & artheritus in both hands, as opposed to accomadating my disability and facilitating my request for an email address, for the PM so that I could email my complain. It took a full 2 mnths to aquire the email address as I was having to go through the very people who I wanted to complain about & they were acting as a gatekeeper to the PM, who was also unforthcoming & unhelpful, when I finally spoke to her. Great GP & Nurse & 2 reception staff. The remaining staff are very u professional & require retraining on customer service & disability awareness. Shameful. |

Hi,I had to get some important medical info about one of my kids, and the nurse helped me out in a very quick and efficient way, even though that she needed to do some phone calls for it, it was done so quick, I am very grateful and amazed at her kindness and helpfulness. Many thanks! |
