Easy and straightforward to get appointments. My GP and The Front Receptionists are polite, understanding and sympathetic. After a recent issue affecting support in adoption causing me frustration and upset, I was advised to contact the Practise Manager to discuss my query. Despite her being off work, I got a reply within only a few days, and the matter was resolved. The speedy resolution demonstrated sympathy and empathy and a supportive ability to compromise where possible. Thank you. I have been with this medical center just over 3 weeks, in the past i have had a lot of health issues which i always had to explain to my previous doctor, since moving and had to look for a different medical center i have decided to go with the Levenshulme Medical Center and straight away i felt like i was heard. The doctor look me serious and had me checked on quite a lot of things in a very short period time. This led that we have found what has been wrong with me for a very long time. This took them 3 weeks, I highly recommend this center. |

I have had nothing but positive feedback! Each of the GPs I've seen at this pratice have been respectful and put me at ease. My issues have been listened to and always resolved. The reception and nurses have been so helpful! There's sometimes a long wait for appointments, but any emergencies I've had I've always been found a slot to be seen. Thank you! |
