If you need an appointment at any time don't ask reception as they will tell you they have nothing available that day and ring tomorrow...Try and book one in advance same reply...But if you complain to the practice manager she will miraculously find one that only moments earlier didn't exist...So ring and just ask to complain to the practice manager and hey ho appointment...Just spoke to an actual Dr who was calling to say I had a telephone appointment for tomorrow...I kid you not....If I could put a recording of the calls from today you would think it was all a prank...If you're looking for a new surgery this isn't the one...Trust me | ||||||

App system needs sorting out told to ring at 8 did so was told no app I would be triaged I was told to go walk in where I sat for 5 hours in discomfort was prescribed medication although they were very helpful don't understand why I can't get to see a doctor without being made to feel like a nuisance only want to see a doctor when I'm unwell not for the fun of it | ||||||

Tried to make appointments to discuss test results but cannot. Have tried at 8.30 to be told ring at 9. Ring at 9 all appointments gone for same day ring back tomorrow at 9 - to hear the same thing. I have had same day appointments at this practise but it is near impossible to book anything else. Hospital have confirmed results have been sent to GP. On going issues for several months but because Doctors have not flagged results for discussion cannot get appointment according to reception. If results OK and my problem still persists then it surely need different tests but cannot see someone to discuss next course of action. After 43 years of nhs service I am dismayed and still in great pain. | ||||||
