Doctors when you can see them are ok, but it’s the reception staff that are simply obnoxious, very rude and very unhelpful. Seek out another medical practice where you can actually get an appointment and some respect. |

My experience has always been good at Surrey Lodge. I get reminders for my appointments via txt. I can usually get an appointment when I ask. I also get copies of my results of tests within a set time. I think I’m treated very well. I feel listened to . |

My parents are 83 with cancer and 69 with abcess in legs, both have difficulty walking, both have no concept of the internet. My mother who has the abcess in her legs tried to make an appointment for my fathers next cancer injection with Dr Webster at reception face to face. Rather than making the appointment for her they told her to book an appointment online. My mother phoned myself to make the appointment online, I tried to do this, however it was past 3pm and online booking was closed. I then phoned the reception to try and make the appointment. The call got through to a Doctor Syed consultation room who tried to put me back to reception. The doctor could not put me through to reception because it was busy. The doctor asked me to ring back. This is totally disgusting service, instead of wasting everyone else time the receptionist could have just made the appointment for my mother. |
