Today I tried to call the GP from 8:30 to 9:30 to take an appointment for my sick daughter but no one answered, its service is very bad and when the receptionist answered, she didn't apologize When I tried to complain to the manager, she said that she is the manager !!!! I'm very disappointed for this poor service and unacceptable dealing with customers. | ||||||

No one ever answers the phone, when I go to the practice just to get a response from someone they tell me to ring up?? I have to ring up every month for my medication to end up being told rubbish for a week causing me to be late taking it. Service is disgusting ????reception staff needs to be replaced urgently | ||||||

Quite new at this Doctors and today was my second visit. The receptionist is always warm and welcoming putting patients at ease. Very friendly and can tell she has a genuine passion for her job by the way she interacts with patients. I was seen very quickly and the doctor was nice and friendly. Bravo keep up the good work :) | ||||||
