I needed an appointment for my 8 year old child. I rang in the morning and was number 15 in the queue - in 10 minutes I was at number 1. But no one had attend my call and I wait for almost an hour. It is not the first time that my call wasn't answered and the distress caused by them. | ||||||

Attended this practice this week for a check up and I have to recommend the Locum doctor (Dr Lyon) that I had a consultation with, the nurse that took my bloods (Jecinta) & the receptionist who dealt with me (Dennis). You were all great! Very caring & so professional despite your huge workload. BIG thank you! Please pass my regards to each one of them. | ||||||

Just to add to my recent post and after my consultation with Dr. Naveenan, I would just like to say how fantastic and lovely the team are there, from reception to the lovely nurse upstairs, who recently came to my home, to administer blood tests, temperature and blood pressure tests. On the whole a really great team of caring and thorough professionals throughout. Thank you TRMC. | ||||||
