Avoid this place, rude staff and lack of professionalism. I had a blood test and never get the results. I was keep getting messages saying that they try to call me, when they never did. I called twice to explain them that i work on my phone so its impossible to be called and not answer but i have been treat with disrespect. | ||||||

I don't use this surgery myself but my small son is, and I've had to go twice in the last week with him. I got through straight away with a cheery receptionist who was very helpful on both occasions, and got him an appointment that same morning on both occasions. I can't say what it's like to get an appointment as an adult. Both doctors were very kind with my son (he is less than 1) and had been very poorly (he ended up in hospital), and very empathetic with me as mum. He had a thorough examination (which is hard with a poorly 11 month old!!) And both listened to me and took me seriously. At no point did I feel rushed out. The second doctor even area Fed for a community paediatric nurse to visit us at home, to give us support and check on him. I work within healthcare and deal with GPS a lot, and the surgery made a testing time that little bit easier, and was impressed by all member of staff. Thank you everyone for making My son better - I am very appreciative. Thank you. | ||||||

I have always found my doctor to be very professional but caring every time I have been to see him, on the occasion that I could not get appointment to see him and have had to see another doctor I have found them very helpful also All the staff at Conran medical have always been very helpful whether its been for blood test /repeat prescriptions or trying to get an appointment have always been polite. | ||||||
