Most ill-mannered rude woman Joanne is a receptionist.Everytime you ring.She is so rude.I have reported it to the surgery complaints team.Still no action has been taken.Surgery could really benefit from getting rid of rude woman like Joanna. | ||||||

If I could give this surgery less than one star I would. Every single month there's a problem with my medication. Every. Single. Month. Between the incompetence of the surgery and the incompetence of Wise Pharmacy it's like they have an active interest in me killing myself. You're absolutely useless. All of you should be flipping burgers. | ||||||
