It's a great surgery due to very helpful doctors and for good treatments, no complaints about any of the GP. The only issue i personally faced is that whenever you ring surgery, the receptionist rudely and before you finish talking they hang up on you which i am not happy about. Other than that it's a great surgery. | ||||||

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. You can always get an appointment time to suit you, none of this ring in the morning rubbish. The GP is usually the same doctor every time and you are not rushed or resticted to one 'complaint'. I always feel that the doctor really listens to what I say and takes the time to investigate properly and listens to my concerns. I have every confidence in the advice I'm given. I think this surgery is a leading example of good health care. | ||||||

This is the branch surgery for cheetham medical centre.
All i can really say iam quite amazed at how this branch surgery was still running even though there is no mention of it in their cqc report when they did an inspection at their main site at cheetham hill centre.
When i visited the surgery as a patient i noticed the walls were crumbling...the flooring was made from carpet and had dried urine stains. There was wires exposed near the light switch.
The doors were made from a cusion like material and the seating area had holes in it.
It was a horrible experience and amazes me how they were allowed to operate in that branch.
Have NHS standards really gone that down that patients have been put under so much risk. | ||||||
