Never had a problem with the receptionists or the doctors here, and I have been a patient from birth. All the negative reviewers should maybe look at themselves and their own approach to staff . Perhaps even go elsewhere and appreciate our NHS a little more |

My 12 years old daughter was suffering w her abdomen pain and has diarrhea for mor than 4 months .doctor asked for som tests and the results shows red flag ,I called to get the results and they gave me an appointment after 40 days and said it’s not emergency . Then I went a hospital to seek treatment for her. The receptionist are very rude and don’t listen or care about people. |

Rang from 8 am about 16 telephone calls was 29 in the queue waited nearly 1 hour and the receptionist was rude and not helpful, didn't want to listen to my problem. Do not have a duty of care- you could be dying. The CQC team should have a look at the matter. Very disappointed with the surgery. |
