My experience here at the surgery was very pleasant. The receptionist were very helpful. The Doctors took their time to listen to my problems. I have been coming to the practice for a very long time. I understand why sometime I can not get an appointment sometime. Every one works very hard to look after you. | ||||||

I have been on hold for nearly half an hour to try to arrange an appointment. At 17:05 a message came on my phone saying the clinic was now closed. Recetion staff will be abke to see i have been on hold tryong to get through to the service. I work in the nhs myself and understand how busy it can be. If someone has been trying to call for that long the call should be answered even if the clinic is about to close. More than likely they had just left the phone off the hook which is probably why i couldnt get through when i've been trying all day and began that call at 16:35.
Always bad service when i try to get through with reception.

I make an appointment with nurse they call my name after one hour but when i come to inter in room the nurse call other patient and shut the door i comeback the center without seeing the nurse.
