I neded to see a doctor ASAP, due to losing my husband a week ago, I am prone to blackouts and mini strokes,. My stress levels are through the roof. Trying to explain to the jumped up receptionist that I needed my meds. The response was phone at 8 in the morning (to be 40th in the queue) is no good to me. No negotiations with her whatsoever. So much for quality of care. I have been with this doctors who originated in Hulme in the 50s/60s all my life, but enough enough |

Rang about high hypertension this morning. 24 hour high reads. A history of high hypertension. Ask for an appointment with my great Doctor but as usual no appointment as she knows my history and medication regime. However, no fault of the receptionist whoever she asked in medical lead didn't even enquire if I had any other symptoms which I have had severe headache since Monday and vomiting yesterday, but told to keep recording for a week of blood pressure readings. Is this what we've reduced to. |

Having been a patron of this practice for many years now I can honestly say I feel 100% confident and at ease in the medical care and attention I receive here.
The practice offers a wide range of services and clinics many of which I have used, and I can’t think of a single complaint.
I’m fact I would like to praise the practice and all of its staff for the hard work they carry out each day.
I recently attended the surgery and was very poorly, one of the nursing team examined me and sent me straight to hospital where I stayed for a number of weeks. This quick thinking probably saved my life in the process. So Thank-you! |
