Whenever I ring to make an appointment for GP, the receptionist who attend the call refuse to give an appointment and she ask me to go to hospital, walk-in center or chemist. I don’t know get appointment s at this surgery. And ehy a receptionist make a decision who should have an appointment. | ||||||
