I have been a patient here for almost 10 years. The reception staff are unfailingly kind and professional. The medical staff are excellent and fill me with confidence. It is easy to get a timely appointment. I would highly recommend this surgery, and if I were to move house I would take into consideration the fact that I would not find a surgery as good as this one. Myself and my extended family have been patients of this practice for many years and have always found all the staff to be extremely caring and professional. The receptionist and admin team don’t patronise you and treat you with respect and will try and help in anyway they can. The nurses and health care assistant are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise and will go out of their way to advise and support you with any health issues you are going through. The GP’s are very busy but always ensure that you are dealt with on the day if it is an emergency or told when someone will ring you back. Even though the practice had grown massively since we joined they make sure you feel you are a valued patient. I cannot recommend this surgery enough for all the staff involved in making it the best surgery in the area. Highly recommended. The patient service is excellent and the PM clearly does a wonderful job. All experiences have been positive, in an environment where you don’t always get the news that you want. I have always found the service to be good but today when I queried something, rather than having to call back, I received a text update. Keep up the great work. A really empathetic service. | ||||||
