My family and I have been with Willobank Practice for almost 4 years. It is an amazing, friendly & wonderful medical practice I have ever visited. Receptionists, nurses & Doctors are highly professional & loyal to their patients. They are very kind, caring, helpful, informative & supporting. We are always greeted with a smile & feel that we are all in excellent & safe hands. In Practice medical treatments are prompt, accurate & on time. I would recommend it to anyone who care about their health to register themselves in this practice

I’m writing this after the last time I will let myself be put on hold by my GP surgery for 20 minutes straight. They are honestly completely negligent. Any review you see here must be fake, as Google reviews show otherwise along with MANY patient personal experiences. I have been with this GP for many years, have seen the transition from Dr Saha to Dr Rizwan, and I have to say that both doctors are as incompetent as each other. Dr rizwan is completely dismissive of mental health, always advises you to stay with symptoms for a few days before prescribing medicine, and frankly I’m surprised the phone line is always busy when not one of his patients can seem to stand him. The reception staff is very unhelpful and emotionless, speak over you and cut you off regularly. They must be a treat for people with chronic illnesses, and speech impediments to speak to. They leave the phone ringing for minutes on end and push every client to email the surgery so they don’t have to deal with you over the phone. Might I add they will book you an appointment if you email WITHOUT sending you a response. So if you are not expecting an appointment call from the surgery, you may very well miss it due to not receiving proper notice. I’ve had a chronic illness myself and after being told to sit with symptoms for 3-5 days, unfortunately the Rizwan prescribed me ANTI DEPRESSANTS rather than actual pain medication. Something if I had the means I would have SUED for. I had to call the 111 service every day straight for a week during this time to get the right medicine prescribed by another General Practitioner who was frankly surprised at the level of negligence I received from my own GP. Knowing I grew up with this surgery is so disheartening, as you would think the doctor would have some semblance of respect or care for patients who have been under his care for 10+ years. Unfortunate the times we’re in when not many people are able to change GP’s due to lack of transport, health and other issues, but I’m glad I finally have that privilege now. I’m glad my health will not be compromised again by this surgery and the unfortunate disrespectful, ugly hearted people who work there. No one should trust this surgery with the health of the community. NO ONE. |
