When trying to get an appointment, staff are always helpful, even if an immediate appointment is not available.
In spite of the stress of the job, the face to face interaction with staff is very good.
Recent experience of winter flu jabs was excellent. Well organised NO waiting system.
Thank you |

My husband and I registered at this practice 21 years ago as newcomers to city centre living and unsure whether the service would be comparable to our excellent suburban experience.
We need not have worried - we have been so well cared for by all the staff here, have developed very good relationships with them all and cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and expertise. We have never had a problem obtaining a timely appointment (this morning my husband was seen 30 minutes after his phone call and even had an impromptu flu jab incorporated in his visit!). Any follow-ups required have always been assiduously arranged.
Whether reception staff, nursing professionals or GPs, they all combine to provide the kind of optimum experience everyone would wish for in what may sometimes be worrisome circumstances. It is so reassuring to have such total confidence in one's primary medical team. |

Rarely sick but they know me even over the phone. Lost my voice! Date of Birth?....Hi Stuart, What's up? I can't give a review on an emanation, so I'll just say these folks are really unreal!
Reception/Nurses/Doctors. Only 1 bad Locum in 12 years. That's not bad going! Shooting myself in the foot doing a review here but I like to help as these folks do. Thank You. |
