Not fit for purpose. The head docters out of her depth and her head. Runs it like something out of the medieval times. That's why I left and went back to my old docters with my tail in between my legs. Knowing it was simply a bad move to go under this surgery |

Rude and ignorant nurse. Twice arrived for appointments only to be told they had been cancelled!! Attended for spirometry test and it couldn’t be done because the machine had been washed!!! Given wrong inhaler!! Spoken to like a naughty child. |

The only good thing I have to say about this practice is that the reception staff & ladies doing prescriptions are very good. The doctors should be ashamed of themselves. I only attend the surgery when ill & need medical help. I do not go for the fun of it/an afternoon out. I am so tired of being patronised & treated like an imbecile. I have lived with my disability my whole life, I do NOT need to be treated like I do not matter & that if I am ill it is NOT always dur to my disability. There is absolutely no continuity in seeing an appointed doctor, so each time I have to repeatedly explain WHY I am prescribed so much medication, which takes time away from the illness I am actually there about. Is it too much to ask to be treated with dignity? Doctors are actually mere mortals too, yet they hold themselves far above you as a mere patient. Shame on you. |
