I have been a patient at the surgery for over 15 years and I can honestly say that whenever I have needed an appointment I have got one.
I do use patient access which I find great for booking appointments and ordering my repeat medications.

I have been a patient at ths surgery since a child and have registered both my children as i am so grateful for the way we are treated.
We never have any problems getting to see the Doctors and are always listened to and get the care we need. The nurses are great and put me at ease and the reception staff are really helpful. I highly recommend this practice and hope they recieve the recognition they fully deserve!
The Patient Access App is brilliant and there are always appointments available.

I've have been with this practice since 1999 and it was fantastic, the doctors used to be good and helped you with illness and other problems relating to health matters, but since the original staff passed on this place has become a joke it takes weeks to get an appointment and even if your really ill and phone up at first thing in the morning it's 50% chance of them saying no but the main reason I have left is because of the reception staff who are arrogant rude unhelpful and nasty ill be glad not to step in there again |
