I forgot to reorder my medication, I went to the surgery and spoke to the receptionist who was very helpful and asked me to come back a little later on and I could collect my medication, when I went to the chemist my prescription was ready. I wish to thank all the staff from the doctors and the chemist, you all do a great job. I have been with these doctors for a long time and find them excellent |

I am currently on very strong medication due to a broken back, neck, sternum and 6 ribs. This is the 3rd or fourth time now that receptionist have messed up my medication for no apparent reason!! I put a request for repeat prescription in on the Monday to allow 2 working days for my prescription, it came to 2 working days when my tablets had ran out went to the pharmacy and it hadn’t been sent over. I spent a full day trying desperately to get my medication but couldn’t as it was a CD and the surgery had closed. The next morning I rang the doctors only to get told to calm down and stop shouting even though I wasn’t i asked who was on shift on Monday as I wanted to find out where it went wrong and I got told by a receptionist called GILL that she was too busy to investigate anything. Morphine is not to be taken as and when and this is not the first time this has happened. Does anyone have the address to make a formal complaint to Lisa? |
