Salford Primary Care Together - Little Hulton

How this Doctors practice is open is beyond me. They have consistently failed me as a patient. They have left me days without my medication, and it’s the kind of tablets you are never to stop taking. They blame the pharmacy, but it’s DEFINITELY not the pharmacy. It takes hours to get through to the surgery, to be told there are no appointments, and they don’t even reply to emails for appointments.At one point the receptionist put the phone down on me. I have made an official complaint and without a doubt I am looking for a new GP. Shame on you…Patient care is terrible!!!!

This doctors is an absolute joke how they are still an ongoing business is beyond me. They don't handle over half of their patients. They tell them anything to get rid of them. Like I made an appointment over a year ago about a serious ongoing problem I have with one half of my body and they told me it was just a pulled muscle and give it a couple weeks it will get better. That's what they said. Here I am over a year later and my problem has only gotten a lot worse. I've repeatedly tried getting appointments through the year and I have gotten absolutely nowhere. They have a 1 and a half star for a reason because the services they provide are no where near good enough for the community so I honestly do think they would benefit from a new owner who will do there jobs properly or just get shut down. And I think I speak for a lot of people in little hulton to. Salford primary care together is a load of rubbish and needs to get sorted out ASAP otherwise there won't be one much longer. I promise... sick of getting no where with them

Fail fail fail fail fail that's all this doctor's is, cancel my prescription then tell me I can't do without my tablets but can't get me in to see a DOCTOR
