I am continually overly impressed with the staff, my GP, and the overall and even detail oriented services and attentiveness that are provided by Mocha Parade. Just recently I came into the surgery for a small request regarding an ongoing serious affliction of PE. Upon speaking to me, the staff recognized that I need more help than I was currently getting from my previous hospital visit recommendations. They immediately got me into to speak to the GP, and made an urgent referral to the nearest hospital for tests, scans, and further and improved medical help. I couldn't have felt more at ease and confident in the medical services I was receiving. Mocha Parade never ceases to amaze. | ||||||

This place is beyond a Joke you can never get an appointment its based on you have to phone on the day and you can guarantee there is never one left I raised this issue with the woman on reception and she said the Dr only sees 4 patients a day the question is if that is the case what the hell is he doing from 9 till 5.30 pm? I phoned for 3 days straight in a row and every time all the appointments were gone and this was me ringing up dead on 9am I find the woman behind the reception to be extremely rude and dismissive and patronising. I have been to hospital numerous occasions and have had to phone the surgery up to enquire regarding the results in one instance the consultant I am under was angry and couldn't believe it this place has gone downhill big time each time I go into the surgery for prescription pick up there is never anyone in the surgery just staff behind the reception gossiping and dare you ask them for any kind of help and you get a look of how dare you bother me seriously its awful I have thankfully now left the surgery and the one I am in now is first class the staff are polite, helpful and kind and can't do enough for you and most importantly you are guaranteed an appointment to see the doctor unlike here | ||||||

Everything about this Surgery is Fantastic - from the telephone system right through to seeing the doctors and therapist referrals. The Receptionists are always Smiling, welcoming and have a great warmth about them. One particular doctor is a very busy man but still manages to give the correct treatment , the Triage call backs are great. After having problems with the patient service login, i was able to return to the doctors and have it fully Sorted there and then.
