The way they talk to patients is disgusting- I think they need to remember that we are human beings with feelings and concerns and not just an inconvenience. They like to blame everyone but themselves for mistakes or for prescriptions not being ready- the pharmacy didn’t order it, the hospital didn’t send the notes, you didn’t answer your phone. NO!!!! Sometimes it’s YOUR fault- own it! |

you will be lucky if u get through to reception it ether just rings or goes to voice message if you get through the reception is terrible they are very quick to try and get you off the phone , you can never get an appointment when you want one you have to wait a couple of weeks even for a 5 min phone appointment only way to get one any quicker is to phone at 8am before they open which is supposed to be for emergency appointment's , you never get enough time with GP or looked at properly by them and have to tell them what you think is wrong and ask for referrals and you never get to see or stick to the same GP and make you feel like they dont want to know and dont really care if you have diagnosed health conditions , i went through 5 GP 'S in the same surgery before i even got any where with diagnosis and referrals etc and even got a little bit of patient care and slightest understanding , |
