Earlier this year when prescriptions were put through door, I posted my prescription through door and they said they never got it. Nobody found out where it went. Twice I have had an appointment with a doctor who has said they would write me a prescription and then they never did it. So from me walking out the door they forgot. One doctor just said sorry about that. I have had a copy of a letter from hospital to detail prescription that I need, the other copy went to caritas. Ellsmere say they have not received it as caritas have not forwarded it. I rang caritas and they assure me they have forwarded it. They said the problem is at Ellsmere. How can a doctors practice be so incompetent it keeps happening over and over.. | ||||||

Had flu and pneumonia injections today. 3/10/2020. The service as usual was well organised. As many places are running out of the injections, they seem well stocked. There was a few clinics giving injections, it was fast and efficient. Thanks to all the staff there Barbara Cullie | ||||||

Had to see both nurses and doctors at the surgery recently and I can say that I was more than happy with the service I received. Credit to the staff as it must be hard with some patients that can be awkward and aggressive toward them. I have only praise | ||||||
