I have only been a patient at Little Moor Surgery for 3 years. During that time I have had quite a lot of contact with the Surgery and have to praise the frontline staff there. Both in person and on the telephone they are always so pleasant and helpful. It is a very busy Surgery but the reception staff are always so caring and willing to give their time to listen and help. Often medical receptionists get a bad press but I have nothing but praise for the staff at Little Moor. The GP services are very good too ! | ||||||

Over the past year, Heaton Moor Medical Group have looked after the complex needs of my 96 year old uncle to an extremely high standard. Being his next of kin, but living 200 miles away was a challenge. But the practice were always ready to respond to my concerns. From the receptionists, all the way to the GPs, I have found their service to be responsive and proactive. I am so appreciative of everyone's efforts to keep him well and safe, and finally to help him make the transition permanently into a care home. In these difficult times, everyone needs praise for the good job they perform every day. Many thanks to all the staff. | ||||||
