I moved to the area 2 years ago and registered with this surgery. There are never issues getting an appointment, its so easy. The GP is caring, compassionate and listens and it never feels like you are being rushed. The reception staff are also very kind and friendly (which I have never experienced before!)I would 100% recommend this surgery! | ||||||

I like the fact that I can actually see the doctor when I am unwell and not have to wait days for an appointment. If I feel the need to see the doctor I just turn up and wait which is great. The doctor is very easy to talk to and always makes me feel at ease. I have had the same doctor for as long as I can remember and they also look after my husband and children. I would never change my doctor by choice. | ||||||

Mixed feelings about this surgery really The reception staff are always helpful and overall the doctor has been helpful too. If you are prepared to wait you can see the doctor the day you wish to. However, I have felt on occasions that the Doctor has made me and another family member feel as though we are imagining our symptoms. Only to have them confirmed and treated successfully by other healthcare professionals. I feel they have not completely listened to my concerns and dismissed them, and did not on one occasion provided me the correct referral to a specialist when required. This has led to a delay in treatment which in turn has led to discomfort and distress on my behalf. I have requested help on one occasion and I felt they were annoyed, leaving the surgery without the needed treatment. I have since left the surgery and feel completely satisfied with my new GP. | ||||||
