I phoned to make a request, for a repeat prescription, was told I can only do this between 2 an 4pm.(why),how do you do this if your working. Anyway I phoned exactly at 2pm,I was told I was first in the que 25 minutes later,am told I was first in the que, suddenly somebody picked the phone up an then put it down, You may wonder why would they do that, well by doing that it reduces the ever growing number on the phone,of people, waiting to speak to somebody. This practise is becoming so bad,I start feeling ill when I know I have to phone them, |

Just telephoned for an appointment, was told the earliest appointment would be next Thursday,6 days away. Asked for a telephone appointment none available. I told the receptionist my symptoms, e.g. When I cough it really hurts in my chest and that I thought that I could have a chest infection and I don't feel well at all. She replied by telling me to go to hospital or the walk in centre. I can't believe I was told to go to hospital. Before you merge with another doctor you could always get an appointment. This is just not good enough and I will be writing to my M.P. Very upset patient. Mrs S. Coleman |

Receptionist was very helpful in getting me a phone appointment. Dr Parker and Dr Chandra went out of their way to fit me in with a face to face. The nursing staff also were courteous and helpful in tending an open wound. Excellent practice. Lovely hardworking staff. Thank you |
