I am sorry to say that as I have moved out of the area I have had to leave this doctors surgery and I feel it’s very unlikely I will receive the same level of care elsewhere. Thank you very much to all the doctors and staff who have been a great help to me during a difficult time for me ( this includes reception staff who have allways been polite and helpful) | ||||||

This was my second scan at Staveleigh Medical Centre, the sonographer was late as usual. When I entered the room he did not bother to introduce himself or to explain the procedure and kept busy on his phone! HCA was not co-operative and was unhappy for some reason, maybe having a bad day. Both were stinking with the smell of tobacco, I mean the whole procedure was so unpleasant that I would not go back to Best Care again!!! | ||||||

This practice just gets better staff are so helpful as are the doctors the practice manager gives 100% the service is second to none this is by far the best practice ever and I only wish I could have been there patient many years ago. What can I say nothing but praise this has to be the best practice in Tameside and further. It is all what other practices are not. Polite and helpful reception staff understanding Doctors quick appointments need I say more. I wish I had known about this practice many years ago. Staveleigh Medical Centre give yourself a pat on the back | ||||||
