I have been with Chapel street for around 18 years now, the worst thing with them was trying to become “a super surgery”,by merging with other sub-standard local practises, I rang them last week after not speaking to them for seven years, I explained what I needed when I booked the appointment, on the day, I was taken in 15 minutes late (totally understandable as I know they can be busy) and rushed through it at high speed as the doctor clearly needed to make up some time, when taking my blood pressure she had to remove the battery cover & rotate the batteries like you would do on an old tv remote,to get it to work properly, it is simply not good enough, I pay tax-I expect better…. | ||||||

Chapel Street is a disgraceful practise with no ownership or accountability. Its impossible to book an appointment, the receptionist is rude and incompetent. Every request is online and it does not work, I will be leaving this practise. | ||||||

Unfortunately the receptionists are very rude unhelpful and unprofessional with no empathy will argue with you which is not the way to conduct a phone call with a patient I have been a patient with chapel st for 35 years and Unfortunately since they joined with glebe ho it's gone down the toilet | ||||||
