I do not know why there is a surgery at Hattersley, very rare one can see a Doctor everything is phone appointments how ones blood pressure or lungs be tested over the phone is beyond my understanding I cannot remember how many years since I have actually seen a Doctor, yes I remember now it was Dr Khan usually a nurse for a yearly checkup for blood and if treatment is needed to which is online advertised at this Surgery small health matters we get referred, maybe there are no Doctors at this surgery ???????? |

You can never seem to get any appointments at this surgery or spend time waiting on hold to be then told to try and call tomorrow for another appointment , If you are lucky to get through you are then only offered a telephone consultation in 2-3 weeks times. Even when the Government and also the Medical Council have stipulated they are required to see patients face to face . on a recent case my child was injured and the school informed me to take him to the local GP to get assets ,, they refused to see my child and informed me i should call 111. what is the point in having a local surgery when they refuse to actually do the job they are highly paid to do. |

I called in as I'm very worried about my 84 year old mum and had to wait all day for a call back from a dr as they refuse to do home visits anymore Though polite it's a completely inadequate service leaving the most vulnerable to fend for themselves |
