I am disgusted with this surgery the way I've been treated I have been taken of the list just because I was taking care of a sick man, and Mr Singh as had a problem with me for long time, I have been a patient here longer than the doctors and never had problems since these doctors came I was sent a text saying I would be removed so u phoned the surgery and they said they get back intouch with me but never did, if Mr Singh does not like his patients he should not be a doctor I am taking this further |

I have not been to see the GP for many years. When I needed to make an appointment it was straightforward to do so via Patient Access online. I could chose when I wanted to attend and the earliest appointment was only about 1 week wait. I made the appointment, turned up to the surgery about 10 mins before my appointment time, checked in on the computer in the waiting area. There was only one other person in the waiting room. I was called by the Doctor exactly at the time of my appointment. He listened to my issue, carried out his examination and provided advice in a polite, friendly and professional manner. He also agreed for me to have blood tests so that I could have a bit of a MOT check up now that I am approaching 40. He was more than willing to make arrangements for me to have blood tests for this purpose. Following my consultation I arranged an appointment with the nurse for blood tests with the helpful receptionist and I was in an out in less than 10 minutes. I would really impressed with all aspects of my appointment. |
