When you phone the GP service, you are faced with a recorded message to discourage you to ask for service. After a long recorded message and moving through the seemingly endless queue when you eventually manage to talk to the receptionist, you are only given an opportunity of only a telephone appointment if one is available. You are always told that the GP practices are under pressure, I was surprised to find only two of the GPs were on duty on a Monday out of six/seven GPs listed in the practice. Then you eventually get a call back from the doctors, they don't seem to be interested to find out root cause of the problem other that prescribing a treatment for combating the immediate symptoms. The practice was not like this before the pandemic. Other practices I know of give the patient an opportunity of seeing the doctor face to face. I wonder why this practice can't offer face-to-face appointment. |

Receptionists/amdin/non medical staff are consistently rude, obnoxious, arrogant, and ineffective. |
