Went to a face to face appointment with a clinician finally with my daughter. Got shouted through with a male clinician although the appointment was with a female one, but thought nothing of it, was just glad to see someone face to face after 2 years. Half way through the consultation heard screaming up the corridor shouting my daughters name being a no show, when the male clinician said she was in his room got bombarded and shouted at asking me why would I go in to see him when the appointment was with her. Explained I'd been shouted through by him and with doctors still not back to normal thought they were just seeing any patients face to face. I was more or less blamed for going into see the wrong clinician and got shouted at like a naughty 5 year old. Absolutely disgusted with my treatment in front of my daughter, rude and completely unprofessional. I am not letting this matter drop and putting a complaint in against so called medical professional. | ||||||

Today l had my annual review with a nurse at the Seven Brooks surgery. I would just like to say she was excellent. She was nice, friendly and very professional and really knew her job. I hope she stays at the practice for many years. Many thanks, Edwin Carson. | ||||||

My family have been with this practice for over 40 years & have seen many changes take place ,but all told have always been pleased with their performance ,staff ,nurses & doctor,s alike & hope this will continue through these trying times. | ||||||
