I was blown away today when, unbeknown to me, I rang after surgery had closed to enquire about being able to get a prescription for my son. The receptionist was exceptional, trying to help me where possible with sympathy and concern. Upon hearing that my toddler's temperature was 39.4 she said she would speak to the doctor. Going above and beyond, the doctor agreed to see my son even though it was now nearly half an hour since surgery had closed. Thank you so much for looking after my son so well, you're services are very much appreciated. | ||||||

I used to be given an annual check up. Not happened in 2018. Enquired today as to why & informed there's a shortage of staff. Just hope my monitored health is ok for another year without any monitoring. So much for being told to watch blood pressure!
Only one GP and he's had a formal warning from 2015 in past employment.
Fingers crossed I stay healthy in 2019 & don't need to see a GP. | ||||||
