My family have used Stoneleigh Surgery for 20 years and been very satisfied with the care and profesisonalism of staff there. I have just attended for a routine blood test and received particularly good personalised care and choosing a preferred doctor to discuss results of my test. I was concerned about which doctor I might see next and It was good to see that this was done proactively by the Sister in charge without my having to prompt or suggest a course of action. These kind of actions are very positive because they make us feel like we have a lasting choice. | ||||||

Yet again last week I needed to see my GP with a recurrent problem. I called in the morning and was offered an appointment less than 2 hours later. Fantastic! the doctor I saw took the time to listen to my concerns and was kind and helpful. Thankyou for continuing to do such a good job! | ||||||
