On phone for half an hour waiting and then got cut off. Online form is a nightmare. I want to discuss my issues with my doctor not write an essay on it. Get through on the phone and they'll not book an appointment for you....they'll fill in the online form! Why???? I wish to speak to my doctor not tell some rude receptionist my ailments! Used to be a fantastic practice now....avoid avoid avoid! |

Never answer phone, told to ring for appointment, + ny mother now ran out off pills and its point to finger between chemist and doctors, 6 days with out pills not good enough. |

Had an excellent experience yesterday, I phoned and asked for a call back from the asthma nurse. The call handler decided I needed to speak to a doctor and I received a call back from the GP within 35 minutes. The GP was very pleasant and efficient, he prescribed medication and sent the prescription to Sainsbury's for me to pick up. All in all a very positive experience. |
