It has a decent car park with 8 disabled bays close to the entrance way which is always clean and welcoming. It also has its own chemist within the entrance way. It has automatic doors for easy accessability. There is a large waitimg area with clean comfy seating and the staff in reception are mostly helpfull and pleasant. The nurses are professional and none judgemental. Ive visited a few of the Drs within the practice and theres only one that i wont see. It also has a visiting counsellor which comes certain days and the practice links onto the pcp community access centre so you dont need to leqve the building when needing other services. They try their hardest to keep to appointment times unless theres an emergency of some kind which is understandable. I was once very ill and i went up ahead of an appointment i had and when they saw me they took me straight through and got an ambulance and a snr gp to see to me. A1 treatment from them all the time. |

i have been a patient here since the beginning, and at first was a very good, but as i am the type of person who only goes when i need to unlike some people who live in there,i never get to see the same GP,as my regular GP left..as i suffer from PTSD my wife usually makes an appointment for me as i have difficulty in dealing with other people...also my wife is next of kin,but due to some stupid ruling my wife can make an appointment but when she rang back up to confirm the date,as i have to wait weeks instead of days, they could not tell my wife anything due to confidential reasons...since when was ringing up to confirm an appointment date and time for a next of kin confidential,i have never heard so much rubbish in my entire life, and seems like the place is ran by a bunch of jobsworth,s..needless to say i will be looking for a different GP as this surgery has gone downhill there is no care and your treated as a number rather than a patient...been asking for 6 years for treatment for PTSD so i can get my life back on track and still have got no where....utter useless is the only way to describe them |
