My husband and I have only been patients of this Practice for less than a year and they have done more in such a short space of time that no other practice can match. The care and professionalism of the GP's and staff we have come into contact with are exceptional, thorough and always extremely informative, taking time to explain matters in full. |

I was very happy with my consulation with one of the GP's at the practice today - they were thorough, efficient and very pleasant.
I appreciate being able to book GP appointments online but wish that it was also possible to book appointments with a nurse in the same way (it would probably require extra questions when booking so that the correct type of slot, with the appropriate member of staff could be booked).
I would also like to be able to access test results online, a facility which I know is already available at other SystmOne practices.

I have always found the services offered by this surgery to be very good. From the reception staff on arrival who have always been very helpful with questions and requests either about prescriptions or appointments to the doctors and nurses who have always listened and explained treatment options. I have usually been able to book an appointment online in good time and different doctors. If I had any criticism it would be the lack of access to records online despite the request to allow this. Otherwise I would highly recommend their services to anyone. |
