I've been trying to get my test results for about a month and I never get any answer and sometimes they hang up after been waiting a HR so u have to call back and wait all over again place is a joke literally, took them 4 months to get intouch about my chlaymidia test to see if I even knew. Unprofessional! | ||||||

Dr excellent have had good attention from them particularly from Dr dargue also from district nurses administration of blood test and injection. Only downside is trying to get an appointment. Eg rang at 8.30 didn't get reply 9.15 during this period got cut off after 10min I understand they may be busy but you don't get any idea were u are in the queue. I am housebound due to terminal prostate cancer when doc.if I have any problems main problem is getting past the poor telephone system.whenquiries I first joined practice unnoticed straight away to receptionist but since the got taking over we have had problems | ||||||

Friday the 17 November 2023 My Name is Stephanie Parry. On the 30th October 2023, I made a phone appointment to speak to a Doctor regarding the possibility I had a chest infection. The Doctor that phoned me back, was quite concerned due to the extent of my chest pain and pain pathway, as I was experiencing pain down my arm also. He advised that I get myself to Cramlington Hospital, incase I was in-fact having a heart attack, I did I was fine. On calling the Practice for an unrelated matter, I was informed that a Doctor had put a note on my records, for me to make a face to face appointment. I did, today I attended the appointment to find it was the Doctor that had referred me to the hospital on the 30th, he had been quite concerned about my ropey voice. He checked my observation. Found them fine. He was still very puzzled by my voice, after listening to me as to what I thought, he knew exactly what to give me. Gave me a script for a course of a spray also explained what the problem was that I was having. In this day of our struggling NHS, shortage of Doctors and them being overworked. I am really impressed by this Doctor response, Follow up and follow on treatment and care. The Doctor name is Dr Chummings. Credit where credits due outstanding care for patients and a caring person. Thank you. | ||||||
