Moved to this fabulous practice 4 years ago and have had a superb service. Was poorly during lockdown last year and they were so supportive. They have also given excellent mental health support to my brother. They are a friendly, happy and very caring practice and I would highly recommend them. |

It still shocks me that the service I must have been receiving at my old practice must have been well below average as I have found my GP at Forum to be outstanding! Rather than sitting there being talked at then rushed out the door I’ve found the doctors to be genuine, honest and open. They involve me in my care and ask what I think and that’s important to me! The reception staff are lovely and very helpful and even if I can’t get a surgery appointment I can usually get one at the Cramlington hub which Forum are part of. I think the hub is fantastic meaning I can get an after work or Saturday appointment to suit me Reply from Forum Family Practice Wed, 07 Mar 2018 08:49:12 Z Thank you for taking the time to leave this feed back all our doctors try their best to ensure that patients are given the time they need to discuss their problems |

Between Christmas and new year 2017, I had an accident in the bathroom involving my left ankle. I thought that I had a bad sprain, but after a week I had to ask the doctor to make a home visit to assess the situation. The doctor did this and sent me for X-rays immediately, I had actually broken my ankle in two places and dislocated it. The doctor was very professional and kind and organised everything that I needed including transport to take me to Wansbeck Hospital for treatment. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, what amazes me most is the fact that at the end of all of these kind deeds, there is no bill to pay, how lucky am I? Many thanks.
