Worst surgery for anyone with mental health problems. GP didn't know what a DSM5 listed disorder was, twice the reception team have been dismissive of me, once regarding medication, the receptionist called me dramatic for saying leaving me without medication that I'm on for suicidal ideation can drive a person to suicide... A year later, under this GP care ideation became action, 6 months after my first attempt no contact or mental health follow up after crisis team referred me back, then to add insult to injury, after pulling up my details, and me telling the receptionist, after her very Condescending tone with me, that I am currently suffering a mental health crisis, so can she please not gaslight me, she hung up on me.... I had to get another professional to get me an appointment and attend that appointment with me, because experience has taught me that it's my word against theirs and they will make it about my reaction and not about what caused my reaction, and When I reported it to the GP, the GP proceeded to behave in a similar way, to the point where I had to walk out and let my worker deal with the GP, because the GP doesn't seem to have the capacity to deal with a person in crisis ... How this practice has a rating of good is beyond me, actually I think they leverage off the fact that they service a predominantly socially impoverished area, so gaslight those very patients and when patients do finally react to the lack of the service and care, dismissive attitude towards them, they document it as a the patient being unreasonable, instead of them pushing patients to that point.... I have never experienced gaslighting from a GP until having the displeasure of having to rely on this practise.... I think if the cqc spoke patients listed as difficult by the surgery, the cqc rating would be very different and alot lower |

Went for a blood test. The practitioner couldn’t do it but there was no nurse or doctor to help. I returned and asked for my Flujab was told they were not available the fridge had failed. After a third attempt at a flu jab I gave up. I have always found the doctors excellent but the back up team disorganized and often unhelpful. |
