I went in to surgery today to pick up a repeat prescription and some extra medicine not on my repeat. There had been a fault in the online system and it wasn't available. It could have been very stressful for me had it not been for the kindness and resourcefulness of the receptionist and pharmacist. They asked me to call back in half an hour, by which time they had seen the doctor and got everything ready for me to collect. Thank you for your excellent service. | ||||||

My family and I have been registered with Riversdale Surgery for 31 years and have always received the very best healthcare. It is a modern, progressive practice with a low staff turnover which continues, despite these difficult cash strapped and goalpost changing times, to serve an increasingly ageing population with humanity and skill. | ||||||

I have always been happy with the service whenever I've needed to book an appointment to see a Doctor. All staff are professional, courteous, helpful and approachable. Few of us enjoy having to visit a Dr's surgery due to illness, but I have always found GP's and other health professionals I've seen here approachable, thorough and will always take time to explain matters or answer questions. I have always felt comfortable and experienced reassurance in their professional abilities to deliver a professional service you would wish from a GP practice, rather than a highly pressurised, speedy response to a conveyor belt of patients that can sometimes be experienced at much larger medical groups. The online service at Riversdale Surgery is an added benefit. This practice is a valued, vital service on the doorstep for many elderly patients.
