I joined this surgery a little under 6 months ago and have had a few approintments there and they are a lovely staff. Extremely helpful. The receptionists helped me with the application to join and when I've rang about appointments and medication, they have been helpful and gave me good advice. I have seen 2 doctors and my daughter, who also joined, has seen another one there. Each one has been brilliant. Absolutely thorough and I've never felt rushed. I had to be referred to a hospital and that was done very quickly. I chose this surgery following reviews of them and I'm so glad I did. I would recommend them to everyone. | ||||||

I went to the surgery today to pick up a pregnancy pack and walked into a doctor shouting at the receptionist saying something just wasn’t good enough. I only got the end of the encounter but obviously left the receptionist embarrassed and flustered. I’m not sure of the hierarchy there but I know the doctor has been there for the last 15 years but I’ve only ever used one who’s now retired (gutted)!! So I believe he is very senior there. He really needs to learn some respect. I hope he sees this review. | ||||||

I am always impressed with Roseworth Surgery. When ever i ring whether its for my children or myself the staff are always very pleasant, happy to help and I never have to wait long to get an appointment. I have even been rang back with a cancellation for later that day when needed. My young children always get an appointment if required on the day that I ring. The GPS are also lovely and I often see newly qualified GP's that seem to have more time to spend with the patient and if required they always seek reassurance from a senior colleague. | ||||||
