I've been with this surgery a long time before the two new doctors took over the practice and I can honestly say, I've never had a better set of doctors available to me. They're always willing to listen to my thoughts on any problems and will deal with any issues with my thoughts in mind. I don't think there is a better practice out there in South Tyneside! | ||||||

I have visited this practice a few times in the last year....every time I have received excellent service...from the ancillary staff and receptionists who answer the phones promptly and deal with enquiries with sympathy,courtesy and discretion...to the doctors who are highly skilled professionals and who treat patents as valued members of the human race and not just an NHS number.........overall..I would say that as well as efficiency.....there is a warmth and kindness in this practice which to me..as a patient..is very reassuring...........thank you again. | ||||||
